●　　Do not charge any fee by using Miss Beauty Queen World
　　 MBQ World name.
　　 If found such act Miss Beauty Queen World
　　 MBQ World has a right to terminate the franchise agreement
　　 anytime without any notice
　　 and have a full right to file legal case action, under

●　Franchise holder must organize country pageant every year
　　and must televise in country TV
●　Selection of contestants within franchise country area only.
●　Must select three qualified winners, 1st and 2nd run up.
●　Franchise director must provide as a grand prize to
　　winner each year which listed in number below

2.　Hotel fee .
3.　1 national costume.
4.　2 evening dress .
5.　1 country flag.
6.　Full wardrobe during Miss Beauty Queen World competition.
7　.Cash for her expanses, phone call shopping.
8.　Overseas Travel Insurance.
●　The winner should deserve all the grand prizes, franchise holder
　　responsible.
●　Winner have to be a ambassador for BQW World for unfortunate
　　children.

●　Application, pictures, press releases must, submit to
　　Miss Beauty Queen World
●　Franchise country must sponsor small exchange gift
　　Miss Beauty Queen World delegate and VIP.

　　Franchise agreement rules
1　.Franchise may not be terminated by either both party
　　during the franchise period.
2.　Without good cause and only by sending written notice to the
　　ether party no less than ninety ( 90 ) days before the anticipate
　　termination
　　date setting forth in detail the reason for the decision to
　　terminate this franchise agreement.

3.　Do not charge any fee by using Miss Beauty Queen World
　　MBQ World name,

　　has a right to terminate the Franchise agreement without

4.　 If Miss Beauty Queen World MBQ World terminated the
　　 franchise agreement.

●　Franchise country shall immediately cease and desist.

　　scepter, mark,
　　names, business cards, official website logo, any more.
●　If Miss Beauty Queen World found franchise country utilize

　　Miss Beauty Queen World has a right to take legal action, under
　　International Law.

●　Franchise holder guest or delegate family member may come to
　　Miss Beauty Queen World event with own expanses, we will
　　book the hotel reasonable price,
